CNC Aluminum Motor Rear End Cover | New-Energy Motor Housing Manufacturer
Our custom aluminum motor rear end cover / new-energy motor housing end flange is a high-precision motor structural component manufactured in-house at our CNC factory. Made from 6061 or 6063 aluminum alloy, these components are processed by 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining centers.
Starting from cast or forged aluminum blanks, rough machining removes excess material to form internal reinforcing ribs and multiple mounting bosses. The subsequent precision machining focuses on central bearing bore, outer sealing steps, circumferential mounting lugs, threaded holes, and locating pin holes. Multi-face simultaneous machining strictly controls coaxiality of central bore and flatness of end face, ensuring perfect concentric performance during motor assembly. All parts go through full deburring and high-gloss mill-turn finishing. Hard anodizing surface treatment is available upon request to enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing Excellence
This circular multi-cavity part presents significant manufacturing challenges. Reinforcing ribs and scattered boss holes demand tight positional tolerances. The flatness of end sealing surface directly determines dust-proof and waterproof performance of the whole motor unit. Poor flatness can cause leakage and shorten motor service life, so tooling setup, programming, and inspection must be strictly controlled for every batch.
