CNC Machined Servo Motor Mount Bracket
This precision motor mounting bracket (U-type servo motor fixing support/motor support seat) is fabricated from 6061 aluminum alloy via 3-axis or 4-axis CNC milling in one single setup. Featuring U-shaped irregular cavity, central positioning through hole, multiple countersunk holes, pin holes and threaded mounting holes, it adopts high-gloss mirror milling to achieve brilliant surface finish.
Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing workflow starts with aluminum block cutting, followed by rough milling of profiles and cavities. After stress relief, we conduct finish machining on U-shaped arc surfaces, positioning holes and threaded holes. High-gloss mirror cutting is implemented to deliver premium surface quality, then deburring and cleaning. Optional hard anodizing can be added for wear and corrosion resistance.
