Custom 6061 Aluminum Large Aperture Telecentric Lens Barrel
This large aperture telecentric lens barrel is a high-grade optical shell blank component, professionally CNC machined from premium 6061 aluminum alloy. As the core main housing for high-precision machine vision telecentric lenses, it is delivered as a finished optical blank without black matte anti-reflection anodizing, reserving complete post-processing space for customized surface treatment and parameter marking.
Different from ordinary standard lens barrels, this product adopts a large-aperture thin-wall structure, belonging to ultra-precision optical-grade machining parts with far stricter tolerance standards than conventional mechanical components. We select high-stability 6061 aluminum bars as raw materials to effectively reduce processing deformation and ensure long-term structural stability of optical equipment.
The complete manufacturing workflow includes blanking, rough turning, stress relief aging, finish turning, turn-mill compound processing, precision deburring and dust-free ultrasonic cleaning. Stress relief aging is added after rough machining to eliminate internal material stress, avoiding later deformation that affects optical precision.
