This robot joint housing (servo joint shell / robot reducer cavity) adopts turn-mill composite CNC one-piece machining. It can be manufactured in stainless steel (303/304) or lightweight aluminum alloy. The part integrates outer circle steps, large side cutouts, positioning pin holes and internal spiral heat dissipation grooves. One-time clamping greatly reduces position error caused by repeated re-clamping.
The thin-wall hollow structure brings machining challenges; our engineers optimize cutting parameters and fixtures to avoid deformation. The internal spiral texture realizes weight reduction and auxiliary heat dissipation. High-precision mirror turning delivers smooth burr-free surfaces for direct assembly, with optional passivation for rust prevention.
