Housed in a compact, industrial-grade enclosure, the RDCU-12C features high-speed fiber-optic communication, redundant power inputs, and advanced diagnostics. It interfaces directly with thyristor valves, gate drive units, and cooling systems, executing precise firing angle control while continuously monitoring voltage, current, temperature, and fault conditions. With support for IEC 61850, Modbus, and DNP3, it enables interoperability in modern digital substations compliant with global smart grid standards.
