As a core component of the S800 remote I/O system, BC810K02 is widely used in power, oil and gas, water treatment, metallurgy and large-scale manufacturing production lines, achieving long-distance, high-speed and interferon-free transmission of control signals.

Maximum communication distance: Up to 2 km for a single optical fiber (using multimode optical fiber), and can be extended further through relays
High-speed data synchronization: The ModuleBus cycle period can reach up to 5 ms at the fastest, ensuring real-time control performance
Seamless integration with S800 I/O: Directly installed on the S800 I/O rack, it can be expanded with up to 12 I/O modules (approximately 192 channels)
LED status indication: Clearly display power (PWR), operation (RUN), BUS status (BUS OK/ERR), and optical fiber link status
Hot-swappable support: Safe replacement during system operation (with redundant configuration required)
Strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability: Optical fiber isolation completely eliminates the influence of ground potential difference and electrical noise

Substation automation: Deploy the I/O station in the high-voltage switch room and isolate and communicate with the AC 800M controller in the main control room via optical fiber
