Product Overview
ABB NTAC-02 is an intelligent temperature transmitter, specifically designed for Freelance distributed control systems, and is suitable for temperature measurement and signal conversion in industrial automation. Installation and Usage instructions
Mechanical installation
Insert the NTAC-02 into the standard DIN rail;
Fix it with clips to prevent loosening.
Electrical connection
Connect the sensor to the front terminal block of the module;
Connect to a 12-36V DC power supply;
If analog output is required, connect to the AI module of the control system;
If digital communication is required, connect to the corresponding bus network.
Parameter configuration
Configure using the DTM (Device Type Manager) or FDT Frame application;
Set the input type, range, unit, alarm threshold, etc.
Enable HART or fieldbus communication (if applicable).
Debugging and verification
Read the real-time temperature value through the HART controller or the upper computer software.
Check the self-diagnostic information to confirm that there are no abnormal alarms.
