The ABB DI802 is an 8-channel AC digital input module in the AC 800M distributed control system, specifically developed for reliable acquisition of 115 V AC discrete signals. This module is widely used to receive 110-120 V AC field signals from auxiliary contacts of high-voltage equipment, position switches of circuit breakers, alarm relays of transformers, status feedback of motor control centers (MCC), etc., without the need for additional signal conditioning or intermediate relay conversion.

8-channel independent AC digital input
Input voltage: 115 V AC (Applicable range: 90-140 V AC, 50/60 Hz)
Compatible with active contacts (such as auxiliary contacts of circuit breakers) or passive dry contacts (an external AC query power supply is required)
Input impedance: approximately 10 kΩ (limiting input current and reducing power consumption)
High electrical isolation and safety
Photoelectric isolation is achieved between the channel and the system backplane
Isolation voltage: ≥ 2500V AC (1 minute), in compliance with high-voltage safety standards
Surge resistance: ±4 kV (IEC 61000-4-5)
Anti-interference optimization design
Built-in filter circuit to suppress power grid noise and transient interference
Minimum ON/OFF recognition time: 10 ms (preventing jitter misjudgment)
