Featuring a 0.75 kW (1 HP), 4-pole motor operating at 1,425 rpm (50 Hz), the SA57 DRN90S4/BE2 includes an electromagnetic spring-applied brake (BE2) for safe stopping and holding—ideal for inclined conveyors, lifts, or any application requiring controlled deceleration and load retention during power loss.
Built to IP55 protection rating and conforming to IE3 efficiency standards, this gearmotor meets global energy regulations while ensuring durability in dusty or moderately wet environments. Its modular design allows easy integration with SEW’s MOVI-DRIVE® inverters, encoders, and fieldbus interfaces for advanced motion control.
