1. Overview of the Yutong TM6041-PA
The Yutong TM6041-PA is an ultra-thin, single-input, single-output DC signal isolation distributor, measuring only 16 mm thick. It simultaneously performs the quadruple functions of power supply, isolation, transmission, and protection within a compact enclosure. It precisely isolates and converts the 4–20 mA signal from a two-wire field transmitter into a standard 4–20 mA output. 2.5 kV isolation across the input, output, and power terminals protects PLC analog modules from ground loops and surges. With ±0.1% accuracy and a response time of <10 ms, it ensures stable and fast operation in critical control loops such as flow, pressure, and liquid level.

The module uses a universal 24 VDC power supply, resulting in power consumption as low as 47 mA. Its wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C has proven itself in petrochemical tank farms, metallurgical blast furnaces, and power plant auxiliary equipment. Plug-in terminals and 35 mm DIN rail clips make installation and maintenance as simple as changing a fuse—hot plug and unplug, no screws required, and maintenance is complete in two minutes. LED status indicators and a top USB programming port allow range rewriting and zero point calibration to be performed using a mobile phone.
Signal Isolation: Completely blocks ground loop currents, surges, and high-frequency noise, protecting PLC/DCS analog modules.
Power Distribution Output: Provides stable loop power of ≥18 V, 22 mA for two-wire transmitters.
Range Reprogramming: A hidden USB port on the top allows online zero/span calibration in less than 30 seconds using PC software.
Fault Protection: Automatically alarms to the upper limit for open-circuit inputs and current limits for short-circuit outputs. Hot-swap maintenance is supported.
