The HACH 9500.99.00604 is a Polymetron 9500 single-channel conductivity controller designed specifically for ultrapure water. It brings laboratory-grade precision to the field—with ±0.1% measurement accuracy and 0.001 μS/cm resolution. When paired with an 8310 electrode, it reliably captures every fluctuation in ultrapure water purity at the extreme 18.2 MΩ·cm. A 5.7-inch graphical LCD with LED backlight clearly displays real-time curves, electrode status, and temperature compensation. Its NEMA 4X/IP66 enclosure and wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C ensure long-term online operation in demineralized water in power plants and UPW workshops in semiconductor factories, without risk of corrosion, condensation, or dust.

Installation is simple: plug in the 8310 electrode and connect to a 100–240 VAC power supply. The controller instantly outputs two isolated 4–20 mA outputs and four SPDT relays for easy integration into a DCS, PLC, or SCADA system. Built-in bilinear, PID, and time-proportional control algorithms automate regeneration control for both cation and mixed beds. Dual password protection and a calibration log eliminate the need for additional paper records for FDA and GMP audits. Optional Modbus RS485, Profibus-DP, or HART 7.2 communication cards deliver real-time conductivity, temperature, and alarm information to the plant monitoring platform within ten minutes.
