The Schneider Electric ATS22D47Q is a high-performance soft starter from the Altistart 22 series, designed for smooth motor starting and stopping of 22kW (30HP) three-phase motors. This compact soft starter reduces mechanical stress on equipment and minimizes voltage drops during motor startup, extending motor life and improving system reliability.
Engineered with Schneider Electric's proven technology, the ATS22D47Q features integrated bypass contactor that automatically engages after motor startup, reducing heat dissipation and improving energy efficiency. The soft starter provides torque control during acceleration and deceleration, preventing water hammer in pump applications and belt slippage in conveyor systems.
The ATS22D47Q incorporates comprehensive motor protection functions including overload protection, phase loss detection, phase imbalance monitoring, and thermal protection. Its user-friendly keypad interface with LED display enables easy parameter setting and real-time monitoring of motor status, fault diagnostics, and operational parameters.
