V. Applicable Fault Conditions for Replacement
- Oil seepage/dripping on bucket piston rod, weak bucket retraction
- Internal cylinder leakage: Automatic bucket drop, insufficient digging force
- Slow bucket movement, insufficient digging pressure
- Damaged wiper seal causing sediment intrusion and piston rod scoring
- Aged seals & failed buffer ring leading to cylinder impact abnormal noise
VI. Disassembly & Assembly Instructions
- Release residual hydraulic pressure and fully retract bucket cylinder before disassembly
- Polish minor scratches and burrs on piston rod and cylinder barrel, clean metal debris inside seal grooves
- Coat all new seals with hydraulic grease during installation; do not pry seals hard to avoid lip damage
- Install piston guide bands and main seals evenly without twisting or cutting
- Open & close bucket without load for 5–10 cycles to vent air after assembly; check zero leakage before operation
