6. Installation Instructions
Thoroughly clean the seat bore of cylinder head and remove burrs. Strictly control the interference fit within 0.08–0.12 mm.
Press in the insert by cryogenic cooling (-196℃) or heating the cylinder head. Forbid violent striking.
Grind the taper surface after installation to ensure uniform and continuous contact band.
Replace the matching valves, valve guides and oil seals together to guarantee sealing performance and service durability.
