6. Installation Instructions
- Clean the guide bore of cylinder head thoroughly and remove all burrs. Bore tolerance: φ14.92–14.95 mm.
- Press in the guide by cryogenic cooling (-40℃) or heating the cylinder head to 120℃. Violent striking is prohibited.
- Grind the inner bore after installation to guarantee roundness and surface roughness, and keep the valve stem clearance within 0.03–0.06 mm.
- Replace mating parts including intake valves, valve seat inserts and oil seals as a complete set.
