6. Installation Instructions
Thoroughly clean the inner bore of valve guide and mounting surface, remove all burrs and oil contaminants.
Apply a small amount of high-temperature grease on the seal lip. Do not use engine oil.
Apply even vertical force during press-fitting to avoid tilting or lip damage. Use a dedicated sleeve for proper installation.
Post-installation inspection: Ensure no seal deformation or lip flipping, and the valve stem moves smoothly without sticking.
Replace together with intake valves, exhaust valves, valve guides and valve seat inserts to guarantee a complete sealing system.
