6. Installation Instructions
Inspection & Cleaning: Check the insulator for cracks, electrodes for erosion and oil contamination, and threads for integrity.
Installation Torque: 70±5 Nm (cold condition). Do not over-tighten to prevent damage.
Gap Check: Confirm the electrode gap is 0.3 mm before installation and adjust if out of tolerance.
Sealing Check: Ensure the gasket is flat and threaded holes on cylinder head are clean to prevent air leakage.
