Product Description of our TDB-25APC PC Bottle Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
The PC gallon water bottle is more food safety, because this material is with high temperature resistance. And the PC water bottles are one step formed, directly from raw PC resin to formed PC water bottle. Besides this, if you want to produce bottles with handle, the handle is also one-step formed.
Our TDB-25APC model PC bottle extrusion blow molding machine, is specially designed for producing the PC water bottles, size from 1 gallon to 5 gallon. Suitable for producing handle bottles and normal round bottles, rectangular bottles, etc.
Because the PC material's special feature, our machine's plasticizing system is very special, is accumulator type 3 section screw, and continuous type die head to control the material better.
