The FLP650/X-A Series Petal-Type Flexographic Printing Machine from Dayuan Machinery is a web-fed flexographic printing equipment designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international high standards. Independently developed by Dayuan with 28 years of experience in paper packaging equipment, it has obtained EU CE certification and is exported to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.
Adopting an innovative petal-type structure with shaftless drive independent printing units and imported Rexroth servo control system, it achieves a maximum printing speed of 150m/min and stable register accuracy of ±0.1mm. It supports 1-12 customizable printing units and is compatible with various materials such as plain paper, plastic film and aluminum foil. As the core front-end equipment of Dayuan's "Printing-Die Cutting-Forming One-Stop Packaging Solution", it can be seamlessly linked with our die cutting machines, cone sleeve machines and carton forming machines.

All orders are delivered on-site by factory-certified engineers, who complete equipment positioning and installation, horizontal accuracy calibration, no-load operation test and full-load production commissioning, ensuring that the equipment reaches the factory-standard capacity, accuracy and operational stability upon delivery, and helping customers quickly enter mass production and profitability.
We provide systematic hands-on training for the customer's operation team on site, covering four core modules: basic equipment operation, daily maintenance, common fault troubleshooting and basic process adjustment. Adopting a theory-practice combined teaching mode, we ensure that trainees can independently complete routine production, daily operation and maintenance, and basic problem solving, reducing dependence on senior technicians.
A dual-track response mechanism of remote diagnosis + on-site service is established. Equipped with a digital remote service system, we can quickly troubleshoot conventional program and electrical faults. If on-site handling is required, certified engineers will arrive at the site at the first time to minimize downtime and production losses for customers.
Original spare parts for all series of equipment are stably supplied for a long time. Relying on a standardized warehousing system, common wearing parts and core functional parts are kept in stock with stable supply and efficient delivery.
We provide software updates for equipment control systems to continuously optimize equipment performance and the user experience.
The actual service scope for industrial equipment is affected by multiple factors, including but not limited to: basic industrial supporting conditions in different countries and regions, differences in power and environmental standards, transportation and logistics accessibility at the customer’s factory location, professional competence and operational standardization level of the customer’s on-site operators, customized configurations at the time of purchase (such as number of printing units, special functional modules, customized process adaptation, etc.), actual operating conditions, daily maintenance level and life cycle stage of the equipment.
