The DYK7-S Servo Ice Cream Cone Sleeve Machine from Dayuan Machinery is a leading 4-axis full servo automatic ice cream paper sleeve production equipment independently developed by Dayuan with 28 years of experience in paper packaging equipment. This machine integrates paper feeding, forming, gluing, curling and counting into one, realizing fully automatic production. It is equipped with 4 independent servo motors and imported Swiss Robatech food-grade hot melt glue system, with a maximum production speed of 350pcs/min, cone positioning accuracy of ±0.1°, and adjustable cone angle from 12° to 28°. It can adapt to various materials such as 60-150gsm plain paper, aluminum foil paper and PE coated paper.
