The feeder transmits pre-printed and cut cardboard from the paper shelf to the convey chain, then sends it to the shaping mold. During this process, the cardboard is glued with adjustable gluing positions. Gluing volume can be measured while in progress without stopping work. After gluing, the shaped cardboard is conveyed to a collector for automatic quantity calculation and marking without stopping production.
