The CC1200 Automatic Die Cutting Machine from Dayuan Machinery is a high-precision, high-speed punching equipment specially designed for thick cardboard materials, belonging to the CC880/1080/1200/1400 series standard models. It has obtained EU CE certification and is exported to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.
Equipped with imported Rexroth servo control system and five core systems including automatic web guiding, intelligent register tracking, precise tension control and finished product anti-curvature shaping, it achieves a maximum production speed of 380 strokes per minute and stable die cutting accuracy of ±0.25mm. It is perfectly suitable for 80-400gsm thick cardboard materials and is the core equipment for efficient and high-quality production of fan-shaped paper cup blanks and paper plate blanks.
Optimized for 80-400gsm thick cardboard materials with uniform and stable punching force, it can easily handle the punching needs of thick and hard cardboard, solving the problems of burrs, indentations and material breakage when ordinary die cutting machines punch thick cardboard, with smooth and burr-free finished product edges.
With optimized transmission and die cutting structure, the maximum production speed reaches 380 strokes per minute, single-line production capacity far exceeding conventional models in the industry. It can easily undertake large-volume orders of paper cup blanks and paper plate blanks, greatly shortening order delivery cycles.
Standard equipped with world-class Rexroth servo control system, realizing closed-loop servo drive for the whole process of feeding and die cutting:
Quick-change mold structure design, the whole set of mold replacement time is only about 1 hour, supporting fast switching of multi-specification products, perfectly adapting to small-batch and multi-batch customized production needs.

A dual-track response mechanism of remote diagnosis + on-site service is established. We provide software updates for equipment control systems to continuously optimize equipment performance and the user experience.
