• High-Density Sensor Interface: Features dedicated ports to support up to 6 pairs of external sensors. This allows for simultaneous integration of position encoders, safety photocells (anti-pinch), passage confirmation sensors, and mechanical limit switches without requiring additional expansion modules .
• Advanced Vector Control (FOC): Utilizes sinusoidal vector control (Field Oriented Control) to drive the brushless motor. This ensures zero standby current, quiet operation, and precise torque control, eliminating vibration during the indexing of tripod arms .
• Integrated Fail-Safe Logic: The controller is programmed to manage the specific mechanics of a tripod turnstile. It handles the "zero position" locking torque and the "release" state seamlessly, ensuring that in the event of a power failure, the mechanism defaults to the correct free-run or locked mode as required by safety standards .
• Wide Voltage Compatibility: Operates on a nominal 24V DC supply (with a range of 18V-28V), making it compatible with common low-voltage power supplies and backup battery systems for enhanced safety in public environments .
