48V 30A DC Servo Driver With RS232, RS485, And CANopen Compatibility For AGVs, Inspection Robots, Robotic Arms, And Electric Forklifts.
This 48V 30A DC servo driver is a high-performance closed-loop motion control unit specially developed for mobile robots and intelligent industrial equipment. It integrates RS232, RS485 and CANopen communication interfaces, compatible with mainstream industrial automation protocols. It is an ideal core power control component for AGVs, inspection robots, robotic arms, electric forklifts and other low-voltage DC motion equipment.
Adopting high-precision closed-loop control algorithm, the driver supports position, speed and torque control modes to balance motion accuracy and dynamic stability. It matches DC servo motors and BLDC motors perfectly. With 48V industrial DC power supply input, 30A continuous output current and built-in transient overload protection, it delivers strong power and high load capacity to meet frequent start-stop, reciprocating motion and precise positioning requirements.
For communication compatibility: RS485 supports Modbus RTU; CANopen complies with CiA301 / CiA402 standards for multi-device bus networking with strong anti-interference performance. RS232 is used for local commissioning, parameter reading/writing and direct PC connection for calibration. Multiple safety protections are embedded: overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, stall, short circuit and overload protection. The industrial-grade aluminum housing features shock resistance, suitable for warehouses, workshops and outdoor inspection scenarios. All motion parameters can be customized to fit different machine requirements.
Q1: What equipment and motors can this driver support?
A1: Designed for 48V low-voltage industrial machines, it works with AGVs, inspection robots, small robotic arms, electric forklifts and warehouse mobile robots. Compatible with 48V DC servo / BLDC motors from 50W to 1500W, wide applicability.
Q2: Does the driver support overload operation? How does overload protection work?
A2: Short-time overload is supported. Continuous rated current is 30A, peak current reaches 60A within 500ms to handle startup, climbing and heavy load instant demand. In case of sustained overload, motor stall or short circuit, the driver will cut off power and trigger alarm signal to protect driver and motor from damage.
Q3: What are the environmental limits? Can it be used outdoors?
A3: Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ +60℃, IP54 rating. It can be deployed in workshops, warehouses and sheltered outdoor areas without direct rain and strong sunlight. Do NOT use under continuous high humidity, corrosive gas, water immersion or heavy dust sealed enclosure. Keep sufficient space around heat sink at high ambient temperature.
