Lihua Motor supports custom micro DC motor development from 1V to 36V based on customer drawings or requirements. With rich experience and quick response, we offer flexible prototyping services tailored to different needs.
1. Submit Information
Customers provide motor usage requirements or drawings, including the following details:
Voltage range, speed (RPM), torque
Dimensions, shaft length
Application scenario or special requirements
2. Technical Evaluation
After receiving the requirements, our R&D engineers will complete a preliminary evaluation within 1–2 working days and confirm feasibility. If there are any questions, we will contact the customer immediately.
3. Sample Confirmation
Once the evaluation is approved, we will confirm sample specifications, quantity, delivery method, and estimated lead time with the customer.
4. Sample Production Lead Time
Standard products: Approx. 7–10 working days
Special/customized materials: Lead time to be confirmed after further evaluation
5. Sample Delivery Options
