The Bently Nevada™ 3500/40M Proximitor Monitor is a four-channel device designed to accept input from Bently Nevada proximity transducers. It conditions signals to provide accurate vibration and position measurements and compares them against user-programmable alarms for reliable machinery protection.
Programmable Channel Functions
Each channel can be configured using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to perform any of the following functions:
Radial vibration
Thrust position
Eccentricity
REBAM
Differential expansion
Primary Purposes
Machinery Protection: Continuously compares monitored parameters against configured alarm setpoints to drive alarms.
Operational Insight: Provides essential machine information for both operations and maintenance personnel.
Additional Features
Each channel generates static values based on its input signal.
Alert setpoints can be configured for each active static value.
Danger setpoints can be set for any two active static values, ensuring precise and reliable monitoring.
