Use the drive event log together with qualified electrical measurements. The board should not be replaced solely because a feedback alarm is present; fiber links, connectors and upstream sensing paths must be checked first.

What it is: This board converts high-energy drive voltage feedback into isolated signals that the PowerFlex 7000 control system can use for regulation, protection and diagnostics. The red housing provides physical separation and a defined mounting interface.
Configuration & programming: The board itself is not a PLC and is not programmed with ladder logic. Configuration is completed at the drive level: confirm the drive frame and voltage class, board revision, fiber-optic routing, analog-control-board connectors and feedback scaling. Preserve the existing parameter file before replacement.
Use cases: Planned spare for cement kilns, mine conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors and other critical medium-voltage motor systems; recovery from voltage-feedback or fiber-link faults; lifecycle support during staged modernization.
