The 330103-00-16-10-02-CN is a Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8mm probe. M10 × 1 thread, 160 mm case, and 1.0 meter cable are the main configuration details for this model. The cable side uses a ClickLoc coaxial connector.
This part number is normally seen in 3300 XL vibration monitoring projects, especially where the China version is required.
It is commonly installed on machines with rotating shafts. Steam turbines and centrifugal compressors are typical examples, but pumps and other turbomachinery can also use this type of sensor.
The measurement is based on eddy current technology. No physical contact with the shaft is needed, which makes it suitable for shaft vibration measurement and axial displacement monitoring.
The probe is only one part of the sensor loop. A 3300 XL extension cable and 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor are normally used with it.
After signal conversion, the data can go to a monitoring rack, such as the Bently Nevada 3500 monitoring system.
The probe tip is made with PPS material. The threaded part uses stainless steel, normally AISI 303/304.
The probe is used in industrial environments where oil, vibration, and temperature changes are present. The working temperature is around -52°C to +218°C (-62°F to +425°F).
