Can I use a -01-00 module instead of a -02-00?
No, they are not interchangeable. The -02-00 is specifically designed for 2-wire sensors, while the -01-00 supports different transducer types. Using the incorrect module will result in no signal or inaccurate data.
Do I need to power down the system to replace this module?
Typically no. These modules are designed to be hot-swappable. However, you should temporarily bypass any "Auto-Shutdown" logic associated with that channel to prevent system alarms when removing the module.
What should I do if the "OK" light remains off after installation?
