Electrical performance depends on the complete transducer system and the manufacturer's specified test conditions. The ceramic-capped probe response differs from standard 3300 XL probes.

Unstable or missing proximity signals, physical damage to the probe or cable, or abnormal shaft-position indications may prompt inspection. These symptoms do not independently prove probe failure.
