K19: Mechanical fuel pump (PT system), non-electronic control, turbocharged intercooler (some models), widely used in 2000s–2010s heavy trucks, construction machinery (such as bulldozers, mining trucks), stationary generator sets, and marine auxiliary power;
KTA19: Based on the K19, add "T" (Turbocharging) and "A" (Aftercooler), still mechanically controlled, with power ranging from approximately 450–890 horsepower; widely used in mining dump trucks, large construction machinery (rotary drilling rigs, cold recycling machines), rail vehicles, high-power generator sets, and marine main propulsion. It is an enhanced version of the K19, does not use electronic fuel injection, and is not a replacement for the QSK19. QSK19: "QS" represents the Q-series (Quick Response) + K19 platform. It adopts high-pressure common rail electronic fuel injection (electronic control) and meets non-road Tier 3/Stage IIIA and above emission standards. It is used in modern high-power demand scenarios: 700–1210 horsepower ultra-heavy-duty tractors, large mining trucks, port machinery, large bulldozers (such as the SD52), stationary/mobile power stations, and marine power. It is currently the mainstay electronically controlled high-horsepower engine still in production.
