DESCRIPTION
DMPAT is a polyamine involved in cellular metabolism that is found in all eukaryotic cells. Spermine is a polyamine substance containing two amino groups and two imino groups, which is generated in organisms by the catalysis of various enzymes such as putrescine (butylamine) and S-adenosylmethionine. It and spermidine are both present in bacteria and most animal cells, and are important substances that promote cell proliferation. Under acidic conditions, it exhibits multi cation polyamine characteristics and can bind to DNA in viruses and bacteria. Making DNA molecules more stable and flexible is also an essential component in cell culture medium.
