The machine combines bag lifting, bag opening, material discharge, and dust collection into one automatic process.

The working process is:

1. Lift the jumbo bag into the unloading frame using the electric hoist.
2. Secure the bag and position it above the discharge hopper.
3. Open the bottom of the bag with the high-speed steel cutting device.
4. Material flows into the hopper while the vibrating system and bag massaging cylinders improve discharge efficiency.
5. The pulse dust collection system captures airborne dust during unloading.
6. The material is discharged into a screw conveyor, vacuum conveyor, pneumatic conveying system, or other downstream equipment.
