The TOVOT Jumbo Bag Unloading Machine is designed for the safe and efficient unloading of bulk bags containing powders, granules, flakes, and other free-flowing materials. The system combines bag lifting, unloading, dust control, and material discharge into one compact solution, helping manufacturers improve productivity while reducing manual handling.
The machine is suitable for industries such as plastics, chemicals, food, building materials, and new energy materials. Depending on the production process, it can be connected with screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, storage silos, weighing equipment, or mixers.
Handling one-ton bulk bags manually is time-consuming and may create dust and material loss. The TOVOT Jumbo Bag Unloading Machine simplifies this process by providing stable lifting, controlled unloading, and continuous material feeding.
Each machine is designed according to the customer's material characteristics, bag dimensions, and factory layout.
The electric hoist lifts the jumbo bag safely into the unloading frame, reducing manual work and improving safety.
After the bag outlet is opened, the material flows smoothly into the receiving hopper. Optional bag massage cylinders and vibrators help improve material flow for difficult materials.
A pulse jet dust collector reduces dust during unloading and helps maintain a cleaner production environment.
The discharge hopper can be connected with screw conveyors, rotary valves, pneumatic conveying systems, or storage silos according to the production process.
The unloading height, hopper size, support frame, and electrical configuration can all be customized for different applications.
Use the electric hoist to lift the jumbo bag into the unloading frame.
The bag is fixed in position before opening to ensure safe unloading.
