The High Speed Vertical Mixer Machine is designed for efficient preparation of PVC dry blends and plastic compounds before extrusion processing. The SRL-Z500/1000 model combines a 500L high-speed hot mixer with a 1000L cooling mixer to provide rapid heating, uniform blending, and efficient cooling. It is widely used in the production of PVC pipes, profiles, SPC flooring, decorative panels, and other plastic products requiring stable raw material preparation.
Efficient material preparation is one of the most important factors in plastic extrusion. The SRL-Z500/1000 adopts a high-speed vertical mixing structure that generates strong circulation and friction heat, allowing PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, lubricants, and other additives to be evenly dispersed within a short mixing cycle.
After hot mixing, the material enters the cooling mixer, where low-speed mixing combined with water cooling gradually reduces the material temperature. This process improves raw material stability and prepares the compound for continuous extrusion production.
The system consists of a vertical hot mixer and a cooling mixer. PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, lubricants, pigments, and additives are fed into the hot mixing chamber. High-speed rotating blades generate friction heat while rapidly blending all materials.
When the preset temperature or mixing time is reached, the mixed material is automatically discharged into the cooling mixer. The cooling chamber uses low-speed paddles together with water jacket cooling to reduce the material temperature evenly before automatic discharge.
