Automatic Square Packaging Machine for SPC WPC LVT Flooring
The TOVOT Automatic Flooring Packaging Machine is a fully automatic packaging solution designed for SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring production lines. Combining advanced German engineering with an intelligent servo control system, it delivers high-speed, reliable, and precise packaging for modern flooring manufacturers.
The complete flooring packaging line includes an automatic carton forming machine, hot-melt glue spraying system, an intelligent PLC control system, and a dual-station palletizer. It performs automatic carton forming, product loading, carton sealing, and palletizing, improving packaging quality, increasing production efficiency, and significantly reducing labor costs.

How It Works
The machine included two parts: Automatic Packaging and Automatic Stacking,
The processing is :
Belt conveying feeding the flooring into the feeding area;
Collected 5 or 6 pcs setting up quantity for feeding stand by;
Feeding into a carton box, move to the next station for gluing;
The hot-melt adhesive will be injected by the peristaltic pump for 3 sides gluing;
Move to stack zone by conveying after gluing;
The robot arm will work with a photoelectric sensor for the final stacking into Pallet.
