Ruihui hydraulic double-head material frame, high unwinding speed, stamping automation
Hydraulic double-head material frame structure advantages:
1. Ruihui hydraulic double-head material frame adopts the new type of frame, rotary shaft and rotary box structure. The advantage is that the center of gravity of the material frame frame is low, and the dynamic balance performance of the rotary body is good, so the unwinding speed allowed by the double-head material frame High, strong tension and stable work.
2. The double-roller of the oil-pressed double-head material frame is symmetrically arranged, the upper unwinding is convenient, the time is short, the working efficiency is high, and the reel cantilever is short, each bearing half of the weight and tension, so no double-head material roll is required. The barrel is designed to support the movement and prevent the drum from being deformed too much due to the weight of the coil.
3. Ruihui hydraulic double-head material frame expansion and contraction barrel adopts a positive cone, slider type reel structure. The reel has simple structure and convenient assembly. The processing and manufacturing of key parts such as reel shaft, sector plate, slider and tie rod are greatly reduced, and computer dynamic simulation design and finite element analysis can be used. Ruihui Machinery adopts space four-node entity. Unit, the model was split. The entire finite element model has a total of more than 170,000 units and more than 30,000 nodes, which makes the structure more reasonable and the dimensional accuracy is greatly improved.
4. Ruihui hydraulic double-head material frame adopts new structure for high-speed rotary joint. The design adopts oil film gap sealing structure, and two deep groove ball bearings are added at both ends of the joint. The bearing oil gap is smaller than the distribution shaft and distribution. The gap between the cylinders ensures that there is a gap between the distribution shaft and the distribution cylinder at any time to prevent the grinding, which solves the technical problem that has plagued the stamping customer for many years, and makes the structure of the high-speed rotary joint more reasonable.
