At this time, through the induction pendulum with 12V induction power supply, the time relay, intermediate relay and electronic IC board in the electric control box on the side of the material frame can realize the automatic stop discharging of the material frame, but the simple start-stop induction will not only reduce The smoothness of the material discharging process makes the material easy to shake and deform during the running process, and it will cause the heavy material frame motor to start frequently, which greatly affects the service life of the machine, and the power consumption will also increase greatly.
The Ruihui heavy-duty material frame equipped with the inverter realizes the automatic speed control through the induction pendulum and the time relay, intermediate relay, potentiometer, electronic IC board and frequency converter in the electric box.
As the speed of the heavy-duty material frame changes, the drooping amplitude will become larger and smaller, and the head of the induction pendulum will move up and down. When the rear leveler (or feeder) is fast, the plate will sag. Smaller, the induction swing head rises with the direction.
The amplitude of the droop becomes larger, and the induction pendulum head sinks down. The potentiometer moves with the center point of the potentiometer with the up and down of the induction pendulum head, and different resistance values appear. The resistance value of this change enters the electronic IC. The board, after internal calculation processing, outputs an analog signal and supplies it to the motor variable frequency controller to adjust the running speed of the heavy material rack so that the speed can be consistent with the rear leveler (or feeder), and the rear is fast. It is slower at the rear and slower to achieve fully automated speed control.
