The automatic wire feeding heavy-duty material frame is a customized model specially designed and manufactured by Ruihui Machinery for the unwinding of coiled wire. Compared with the standard heavy-duty material frame, the biggest structural change is the addition of the discharging limit device on the left side of the material frame.
Its purpose is two, one is to ensure that the wire is always in tension when unwinding, to avoid skew, to ensure the stable position of the follow-up machine; the second is the existence of the limit device can fundamentally avoid the line when the material is discharged The bulk material of the material roll is generated to ensure safe, stable and reliable discharge and unwinding.
Automatic wire feeding heavy material frame In actual use, according to the size of the wire used for winding the heavy material frame, the device corresponding to the width of the wire is selected. After the wire enters the feeding area through the feeding channel and the limit roller, the limit roller can be limited.
The wire moves linearly in the same plane to achieve tension and limit the deviation of the wire, ensuring the stability of the material of the subsequent machine (punch, spring machine).
