The standard installation accessories of the pneumatic feeder include: one mounting plate, one set of mounting screws, one set of three points, one high pressure pipe, one set of feeding rods and one set of sealing rings. The mounting plate is used to put Ruihui pneumatic feeder. The main body is fixed on the side of the punching table.
The mounting screws are used to fix the mounting plate; the three-point combination is used for water filtering, pressure regulation, and lubrication; the high-pressure pipe is used to connect the external air source; the feeding bar is used to control the feeding time of the pneumatic feeder; the sealing ring is a wearing part to avoid Air leakage caused the feed to be inaccurate.
After the installation accessories are checked, the installation can be started. The installation of Ruihui pneumatic feeder is divided into five steps:
1. Ensure the position of the pneumatic feeder is installed according to the requirements of the stamping process. The pneumatic feeder can be used for feeding or pulling, so the specific installation location is determined according to the actual needs of the customer.
2. Place the mounting plate on the side of the pneumatic feeder that needs to be installed on the punching machine, and draw the screw hole position. Then fix the mounting plate according to the hole position.
3. Install the pneumatic feeder mainframe body according to the position of the mounting plate.
4. Install the rod-operating device on the punching table on the punching table according to the position of the floating rod on the main body of the pneumatic feeder, so that it is directly above the floating rod.
5. Fix the three-point combination with the screw at the appropriate position in the lower part of the punching machine body, then connect the external air source to the three-point combination inlet, connect the main part of the pneumatic feeder with the high-pressure pipe at the air outlet, and then inject the three-point combination into the lubrication. The oil completes the installation process of the entire air feeder.
