Roller feeder operating principle: rely on the eccentric disk, cross joint, adjustable lever, rocker arm and drive shaft installed on the output shaft of the punching machine to connect the feeding roller (ie the lower roller) on the feeding device.
Then, through the special one-way device, the reverse device and the gear transmission, the purpose of the synchronous feeding of the pressing roller (ie, the upper roller) and the feeding roller is achieved.
The material is horizontally accessed by the supporting material pressing plate, and the spring is adjusted to press the upper roller, the material and the lower roller to make the frictional pressure between the three, so that the material passes smoothly when the upper roller rotates.
The feeding part of Ruihui roller feeder mainly consists of left wall panel, right wall panel, drive gear, driven gear, feeding roller, pressing roller, one-way device, reverse device and guiding device, brake device, relaxation device, connecting device, etc. composition.

In order to ensure that the roller feeder can be used with high-speed punching machine, the feeding roller and the pressure roller of Ruihui roller feeder adopt “hollow thin wall” structure.
Because at high speed, the greater the weight of the roller, the greater the inertia, and the more difficult it is to ensure the accuracy of the feed.
The hollow thin-walled roller structure greatly reduces the weight of the roller and reduces the inertia of the rotation, so that the instantaneous stop can be realized and the reverse can be avoided.
While reducing the weight of the roller, the surface of the roller is hard-polished and hard chrome-plated to ensure that it will not wear for a long time. Finally, precision grinding is performed to make the surface roughness Ra value less than 0.1 μm, so as to avoid feeding. Injury material.
