Roller feeder feeding step test method:

2. Inching operation punching machine, let the punch output shaft drive the roller feeder to feed the material into the punching die, ensure that the punching machine punches the guiding hole, and then injects to the punching machine more than 3 points, the guiding pin and the guiding hole The position was compared and determined.
If the position of the guiding pin and the guiding hole are correct, it means that the step setting is correct, if it is not correct, it needs to be re-adjusted.
3. When measuring the feeding step of the roller feeder, pay special attention to the inability to use the inching operation to stop the punch at the top dead center position measurement, because when the punch slider stops at the top dead center position.
Feeding is not completed, usually only sent half, so each stop position will be different, the adjustment of the feeding step can not be measured correctly, so make sure that the punch slider stop position exceeds 3 o'clock position when measuring.![]()
