The NC feeder is also known as the servo feeder. It is an automatic equipment that realizes accurate feeding by a synchronous CNC pulley feeding roller through a complete CNC system such as PLC, servo motor and servo driver.
NC feeders are generally divided into two types, pneumatic AC feeders and mechanical NC feeders, depending on the relaxation action. The feeding principle of these two feeders is exactly the same, the difference is how to achieve the relaxation action:
1. The pneumatic NC feeder is a loose cam group connected to the punching machine, and the relaxation cam of the punching machine provides a relaxation signal to the electromagnetic valve of the feeder.
Finally, the relaxation cylinder is pushed (or pulled) by the solenoid valve to realize the relaxation movement, and the relaxation movement is relatively slow, but the advantage is that no additional auxiliary components need to be added, and the application range is wide.
2. The mechanical NC feeder is equipped with a loosening rod-type device on the punching slider. When the punching slider is descending, the lifting roller of the feeder body is pressed by the rod to realize the relaxing action of the upper drum.
When it is used, it needs to install auxiliary equipment on the punching slider, so there is no restriction on the matching punching machine, but the advantage is that the relaxing action is fast, and it is very suitable for the short-step high-speed processing production occasion.
