The material rack is a process equipment for placing and unwinding raw material rolls in press processing.

3. In the case of a small amount of residual material, the inner diameter of the coil will gradually expand as the residual material decreases, which will make the material rack unable to drive the coil to feed.
The emergence of heavy-duty material racks is a heavy-duty unloading and unwinding device that was born to replace this simple material rack.
By rotating the carrier handle in a smooth and counterclockwise manner, the four trays and the inner diameter of the coil are completely attached and positioned by the position of the material A-type iron.
It fundamentally solves the problem of unsteady fit and unwinding. At the same time, the heavy-duty material rack itself has its own power system, and it is controlled by the sensor rack. It is not only easy to operate (only simple setting on the material rack) .
