Product Overview

I. Core Technology: 3D Stereo Printing, Double Excellence in Appearance and Texture

Adopting 1200DPI high-precision 3D stereo printing technology, it breaks the flat limitation of traditional wall panels. It can accurately replicate various textures such as natural marble, solid wood, jade, and geometric patterns, with delicate and realistic details and soft natural colors, restoring the original texture of natural materials. The printing process creates a 0.5-2mm deep three-dimensional concave-convex feeling, with a full touch and a strong sense of layering and high-grade visually, getting rid of the monotony of traditional wall panels. It can not only adapt to various decoration styles such as simple, light luxury and Chinese style, but also support personalized pattern customization to meet the exclusive design needs of different scenarios.

II. Substrate Advantages: Environmentally Friendly PVC, Safe, Durable and Easy to Maintain

Food-grade environmentally friendly rigid PVC resin is selected as the substrate, added with environmentally friendly stabilizers and natural calcium carbonate powder, strictly complying with E0-level environmental protection standards, no formaldehyde or heavy metal emissions, protecting the indoor environment health from the source, and suitable for home spaces where the elderly and children live. The substrate is light in weight and high in strength, with a density only 1/5 of that of traditional stone, making transportation and installation more convenient. At the same time, its strength can reach 18MPa, impact-resistant, not easy to deform or break. The closed PVC structure endows the product with excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, with a water absorption rate ≤0.1%, which can be directly used in humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, eliminating problems such as mold, moisture regain and deformation. Daily cleaning only needs to be wiped with a damp cloth, no special maintenance is required.

III. Surface Protection: PET Wear-Resistant Layer, Long-Lasting Freshness and Durability

The surface is specially covered with a 0.15mm high-transparent PET wear-resistant protective layer, selected food-grade high-transparent material with a light transmittance of 92%, which does not block the details and color of the 3D printed texture, perfectly retaining the three-dimensional texture. The wear-resistant layer has a hardness of 4H pencil hardness and a wear resistance of ≥5000 revolutions, far exceeding that of ordinary PVC wall panels. It can effectively resist daily friction and scratches from sharp objects, and the service life is more than 3 times longer than that of traditional PVC wall panels. At the same time, it has excellent stain resistance and weather resistance, stains are not easy to adhere, daily stains such as soy sauce and oil stains can be wiped clean at one time; it is UV aging resistant, can be used stably in the environment of -20℃~60℃, and will not turn yellow, discolor or fall off when exposed to light for a long time, keeping the wall clean and beautiful for a long time.

IV. Easy Installation: Time-Saving, Labor-Saving and Reducing Construction Costs

Adopting a dual installation design of buckle type and paste type, the side of the wall panel is equipped with a built-in lock structure, which is closely spliced without gaps. No complicated cement mortar process or professional construction team is required, and the construction can be carried out as long as the wall is flat and dry. A single person can complete the installation operation, with high construction efficiency. The construction period is 70% shorter than that of traditional wall decoration, greatly saving labor costs and construction time. At the same time, it supports on-site cutting, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the wall size, adapting to different house types and wall sizes. No complicated finishing is required after installation, and the wall can be refreshed quickly.

It has multiple practical performances such as fire prevention, sound insulation and chemical corrosion resistance. It complies with the GB8624-2012 standard, reaches the B1-level flame-retardant grade, and self-extinguishes when away from fire, effectively improving the space safety factor; the sound insulation effect of a single wall panel reaches 29 decibels, which can effectively block external noise and create a quiet and comfortable space environment. It has outstanding acid and alkali resistance and oil pollution resistance, suitable for special scenarios such as kitchens and laboratories; it has strong dimensional stability and low thermal expansion coefficient, not easy to deform and crack in the environment of -10℃~40℃, suitable for various indoor scenarios such as home and commerce, with full practicality.
