Goods Description:
Unit Cooler (also called air cooled evaporator) is commonly used for optimal distribution of cooled air in refrigerated cold rooms or freezer rooms, it is one of the important component of in the cold storage system. Only unit coolers are designed and manufactured for larger walk in cold room or freezer room, they may also be utilized in warehouse and other cold storage applications in the commercial and industrial refrigeration markets.
Product main features:
Reasonable structure, high heat exchange efficiency, even frosting, saving electricity and low operating cost;
Make high-efficiency fans, large air volume, long range, low power consumption, low noise and long service life;
The thickness of the heat exchange copper tube can reach 0. 6mm. After the tube is expanded, not only the copper tube and the fin are closely attached, but also the sealing reliability is greatly improved;
The stainless steel tubular electric heating tube with strong insulation is selected, the distribution is reasonable, the defrosting time is short, and the effect is good;
Make the coil tube air tightness test under 2.6MPa air pressure to ensure the quality characteristics of high air tightness when the product leaves the factory;
There are two kinds of shell forms: embossed aluminum plate and sprayed steel plate, which can meet the needs of different customers.
Applicable storage temperature range:
* High temperature type: (Storage temperature 12~-2ºC) Pitch: 4.5mm;
* Medium temperature type: (cool temperature -2 ~ -10ºC) Pitch: 6.0mm;
* Low temperature type: (room temperature -10~-31ºC) pitch: 9.0mm;
Note: Non-standard designs can be made according to customer requirements.
