Military Gabion Barrier Bastion Sand Wall is a multi-cellular barrier system lined with heavy-duty, non-woven polypropylene geotextile and manufactured from welded Zinc-Aluminium coated steel mesh.
Known as a Military Gabion Barrier Bastion Sand Wall , it consists of collapsible wire mesh frames, lined with heavy duty canvas or other material. The boxes are then filled with dirt or sand , preferably with a front-end loader , to make a barrier resistant to small arms fire and shrapnel.
Brief Introduction for Usage method:
1. Usually the HESCO Barriers packed in Pallet and 5 cells per set,After getting it, make it stand.
2. To Pull them, make them opened and in a line to achieve the length you want, If more cells use Joint Pin
3. Full Fill the sand and earth in it and compaction
4. If you want more High and Wide of it, You can stack the HESCO Barrier on each other.

How to Install hesco barrier?
1, Ends, diaphragms, front and back panels are placed upright on the bottom section of wire mesh.
2, Secure panels by screwing spiral binders through the mesh openings in adjacent panels.
3, Stiffeners shall be placed across the corners, at 300mm from the corner. Providing a diagonal bracing, and crimped over the line and cross wires on the front and side faces. None are needed in interior cells.
4, Gabion box filled with graded stone by hand or with a shovel.
5, After filling, close the lid and secure with spiral binders at the diaphragms, ends, front and back.
6, When stacking tiers of the welded gabion box, the lid of the lower tier may serve as the base of the upper tier. Secure with spiral binders and add pre-formed stiffeners to exterior cells before filling with graded stones,
