Our Heavy-Duty Concertina Razor Wire (BTO-22 & CBT-65) represents the pinnacle of physical perimeter security. Designed to prevent trespassing, scaling, and intrusions, this razor-sharp barbed wire creates an impassable visual and physical barrier. Formed by clipping adjacent loops of spiral razor wire together at regular intervals, it expands into a rigid, three-dimensional Concertina (scissored) structure that is virtually impossible to cut or penetrate without specialized industrial equipment.
Whether you need the standard efficiency of BTO-22 or the extreme psychological and physical deterrence of the long-blade CBT-65, our products ensure maximum security for high-risk zones.
High Tensile Core Wire: The internal core wire uses 2.5mm high-tensile steel wire. It cannot be easily cut with standard hand tools and prevents the wire from sagging over time.
Corrosion & Weather Resistance: Heavily galvanized ($120-275text{g/m}^2$) or wrapped in stainless steel, our razor wire resists rust, acid rain, and extreme UV exposure, offering a service life exceeding 10-15 years.
Concertina Scissor Action: Loops are securely linked via heavy-duty steel clips. When expanded, it forms a dense, interlocking cylindrical mesh that eliminates any gaps for intruders to squeeze through.
Imposing Deterrence: The aggressive visual profile alone stops most intrusion attempts before they even start.
Depending on your security requirements, our razor wire can be deployed in two distinct loop structures:
Crossed Type (Concertina): Adjacent loops are joined by stainless steel clips. When opened, they form an intersecting diamond-patterned cylinder. This is the heavy-duty option recommended for high security.
Single Coil Type: The wire runs in a simple spiral without clips. It offers a larger coverage area per roll but lower structural rigidity (best for standard low-risk perimeters).
