Product Introduction:

Volumetric dosing is a popular technique used across various industries to dispense materials based on volume and revolutions per minute. Unlike gravimetric dosing, which relies on weight measurement, a volumetric feeder dispenses a volume of material based on revolutions per minute.

VDM replaces an excellent vertical mixer with considerable advantages.

Load the material for the batch automatically, directly from silos or Big-Bag, eliminating manual transport of materials;
The recipe can be changed in operations;
No de-mixing of the compound, because the materials fall directly on the reel mixer and there are no stagnation points;
