Product Introduction:
Gravimetric dosing particularly suitable for injection moulding, blow moulding machines and extruders, filling and packaging machines for granulated and powdery material. The solid steel machine frame and the particular software allow its installation even on machines with constant and controlled vibration. The different types of construction allow the combination of 2 to 8 components, differently dosed in small amounts with normal dosing screw.
The user interface is designed for simplicity and ease of use. Operators can easily program and manage recipes by setting dosing percentages on the control touch screen. Each function is represented by intuitive symbols, simplifying the programming process. In case of any malfunction, the screen provides clear representations of each part involved, aiding troubleshooting and maintenance efforts.
